Enjoy an afternoon hike through the Tokopah Valley, as we make our way along the Marble Fork of the Kaweah River. Our meandering hike will take us passed many cascading waterfalls before reaching Tokopah Falls and turning back for the trailhead. Along the way we will learn about the geology of the area As well as, the wildlife and plants that call this forest their home. Keep a watchful eye for tracks in the snow indicating wildlife activities. If we are lucky we might even be able to see who made them!

Trail Description: This is a four mile hike and is great for those that would consider themselves ready for a long, moderate snowshoe. Snowshoes, will be provided if snow depths are sufficient. The trail is a steady incline from trailhead to Tokopah Falls. For a total elevation gain of about 700ft.

Meeting Time: Morning walk starting at 1PM from the Lodgepole Market (Meet near the ATM inside).
